Marta Gullickson, LSW (she/her)

Marta Gullickson, LSW, works with children, adolescents, teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger management, low self-esteem and self-compassion, life transitions, relationships, and trauma. She works from a holistic, strengths-based approach and incorporates culturally competent perspectives and trauma-informed care.

Marta is passionate about accompanying her clients on their journey of exploration, growth, and healing by discovering tools and strengths that already exist within. She utilizes psychodynamic perspectives with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy based on her client’s unique needs and goals.

Marta received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marquette University. She has experience working in non-profit youth organizations, private practice therapy settings, and schools.
