Meet our two Intake Specialists...
Elena Vassallo Crossman, M.Div, LCPC
Director of Intake
Elena has been working with clients for over 30 years and, even more importantly, matching clients with therapists since IPA opened its doors in 2010. She utilizes her keen sense of empathy and asks the right questions to help clarify your concerns and match you with a therapist that best fits your needs. She’ll also answer any questions you have about payment or the use of insurance and make sure to put you in touch with a therapist who has availability at a time that works for you. Getting help at IPA starts with your first conversation with an owner of the practice who knows our therapists well.
Devonna Jackson, LCPC
Intake Spcialist
Devonna has gained an abundance of clinical experience working in a variety of mental health settings, including group private practice, hospitals, and large behavioral health centers. Her wide-ranging experience over seven years has exposed her to most contemporary mental health treatment approaches and an array of clinical concerns and conditions. She brings a warm, open, and supportive approach along with exceptional skill in helping new and prospective clients clarify their reasons for seeking help and connecting them with well-suited clinicians.
