Keisha Banks, LSW (she/her)

Keisha Banks is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who works with children, adolescents, and adults including, couples and families.  She specializes in treating trauma and PTSD as well as anxiety, depression and ADHD. She works with individuals struggling with significant life transitions, and difficulties in the parent/child relationship. She has experience and training in treating substance abuse, from both a traditional model as well as a harm reduction model.

Keisha uses a collaborative and empathic approach in the clinical setting and brings training in EMDR, Brainspotting and Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients confront distorted and distressing beliefs and to build skills to cope with life’s stressors.

Keisha completed her master’s training at Aurora University and has worked in a range of settings including community mental health facilities, non-profit organizations, hospitals, private practice settings and in crisis intervention.
