Jacqueline also provides “Open Studio” based therapy sessions. “Open Studio” is a process in which individuals are able to set an intention for the time spent in the art-making space and explore that intention through meditative art making. The creator will then write a witness and can share their witness if they choose to do so. Many have found this process to be a powerful experience in deepening a connection with a part of oneself that is repressed or silenced in our day to day experiences. This modality has been observed to be effective for clients who have been touched by the effects of cancer, terminal illness, or life altering events.
